At Complete ‘N Him I created a client-centered approach that allow my clients to transform their lives for sustainable change that is aligned with S.M.A.R.T. goals.

My goals are helping individuals navigate through life challenges by enhancing their confidence, ability to overcome roadblocks, analyzing root causes, and helping them gain a new perspective for change.

My approach brings support, clarity, direction, and accountability to my clients.
I use a methodology that allow my clients to evolve along with techniques around the acronym:

I transform from heart to action by giving the most effective tools for success.

I am currently, affiliated with APA (American Psychology Association), ICF (International Coach Federation), Presidential Membership with American Association of Christian Counselors, and AAMFT (American Association of Marriage & Family Therapy) organizations which provides ongoing training for my growth at Complete ‘N Him.

My name is Martha Rice, Founder of Complete ‘N Him and Professional Certified Life and Health Coach, certified by the standards of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a trained Counselor. My gifting and passion is helping individuals, families, and couples navigate through life challenges. I believe that open communication and authenticity are an essential part in reducing anxiety and eliciting growth. I believe that once you learn your true identity, you will find purpose and live a fulfilling life.

My passion for learning and helping others led me to earn a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Roosevelt University and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Illinois. I recently attained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification at MoreStream University which is a continuous improvement methodology that seeks to improve performance.
